Withdraw/Tip not working in programmer mode on Stake.com

I can't seem to get the withdraw or tip functions to work. I have used the correct syntax and the console gives me a message saying it's tipping/withdrawing but it doesn't actually happen.
Anyone else having this problem?

Stake no longer allows DiceBot to tip or withdraw.
