90.48-(23.93-69.36) = 135.91 >=20


He will bet x1.10 as it is greater than 20. If it wasn't big it will continue without betting. If he loses, he will double the amount of his original bet next time. The stake should be balance/10000, when the stake is 0 until you get a number greater than 20.
