It's a fake. The full version of dicebot is available for free on bot.seuntjie.com. It is possible that "pro" version is just the same one with code added to check for payment, but it can be, and likely is, malware that will will steal passwords/funds. I can almost guarantee that there is nothing useful that's been added to the "pro" fake.
