Will it be possible to add an option to disable saving of bet history of the bot or auto purge the database when it reaches a certain capacity?

I noticed while I have multiple bots running on my server the file is growing alot and there is alot of disk writes, which slows down the server over time and eats up disk space. Will be great if this file was optimized.

That's called disabling, not optimizing.

I'm not adding features to v3 at the moment.

Running multiple bots is at the same time is not officially supported, so issues like these are expected. Running multiple instances from the same folder is an especially bad idea for exactly this reason. SQLite is not the best database to use for concurrent access.
