I didn't found option for this so how about to add setting to turn off logs for bets sessions stats to file DiceBot.db
cause it writes info every second and this is not healthy for the HDD sectors.

You can't. I value provably fairness very much and the only way to prove fairness/cheating is to verify your rolls. the only way to do this, is to have the rolls stored somewhere.
