Programmer Mode / Re: Viewing final bet results
« on: February 28, 2020, 01:34:03 pm »
Thank you for your response. So to clarify, I take it there in no way to obtain a report of statistics *after* the last play rather than before it? If I set the simulation to, say, 5000 runs, the latest stats I'll be able to obtain stats for is after 4999 rolls? Since the bot places bets outside the the confines of the script I've tried putting my print statements before the dobet function, at the end of it, and after it, but can apparently there is no place in the script I can call for variable values after the final roll. Is that correct?

Still, your program is way beyond what anyone has done and I cannot complain about it. You have provided it free and I appreciate you.

This is driving me crazy. When running a script (typically a simulation), only the next to last results are shown. For example, if I run 1000 bets, the final stats show 999 bets.
The problem is that if the script stops due to being out of funds it's impossible to tell.
In the following output, the simulation stopped because it was out of funds - but I might spend 10 minutes trying to figure out what caused it to stop (A stop() in the code? An advanced setting? Funds?) so I'm trying to detect the issue more easily. According tothe output I still have 7151 balance and there is no clue as to why it stopped.

How can I get the reason for the stop?
I've studied your script lifecycle explanation carefully and looked for previous discussion on the issue.

Output example follows:

Bets: 819
Profit: 2151.26213640327
Highprofit: 2151.26214411295
Lowprofit: -5.41612903225806E-05
Balance: 7151.26213640327
Wins: 756
Losses 62
Highbet: 7151.26213640327
Lowbet: 1E-05
Beststreak: 79
Worststreak: -2
ProfitUniformity: 0.999999949646965
BetUniformity: 1.00000000279671
Betting Stopped!
Simulation finished. Bets:818 Wins:756 Losses:62 Balance:7151.2621364032689354838709410 Profit:2151.2621364032689354838709560 Worst Streak:2 Best Streak:79

Programmer Mode / Re: printing string and variable together
« on: February 25, 2020, 09:27:23 pm »
Thank you very much. Also the reference to the LUA documentation will help greatly. I will learn the language syntax on my own now, and not have to ask so many questions.

I used interpolate because they were two different data types. I was aware we were concatenating, but some languages (like Javascript) incorporate the two in a single statement, which they call interpolation.

Programmer Mode / printing string and variable together

I'd like to interpolate a string and variable in a single print, but haven't figured out the syntax.

Example: print ("profit=", profit)
This doesn't work, but demonstrates the feat I'm trying to accomplish.
Any help from anyone?

Programmer Mode / Re: Using mod math function

Actually I just discovered it. Thank you. Works like a charm.

Programmer Mode / Using mod math function
« on: February 23, 2020, 11:59:02 pm »
I'm trying to control an even t based on every nth occurrence , but I'm having trouble with the math function for it.

The code I'm trying that is failing is like this:

If mod(count/1000) == 0 then
--do something

Can anyone suggest a solution. I haven't been able to find anything about math functions available or syntax in the documentation.

Thank you

I'd like to find out what syntax is and what language this is using. For example, in trying to format a printout I tried

print(counter "counter") but it throws an error. I also tried print(counter, "counter") but it also throws an error.

Also some of the variables seem to be missing. For example, what is the variable for Largest Bet (which shows on the interface but seems to have no variable listed for it).

Never mind. I think I figured it out. The author of the Preroll Martingale script left out the keyword "function" in "function dobet()"

Programmer Mode / Script input into box is not what is running
« on: February 22, 2020, 10:27:43 am »
Not sure what is happening, but I downloaded two scripts. One script is running in one instance of dicebot. Another script runs in a second instance. Each script is altered in minor ways to include a stop condition and some printed output.
However, the output and bet pattern in the second script  seems to follow some elements of each script.
So, for example, below is my altered Preroll Martingale script and a few lines of the output when I run it is listed below that.
Clearly the output indicated this script is not running as it is typed in the script interface.

Any clue what is going on?

-----------------------------------------------------------------The script
-- preroll martingale
chance     = 49.5
multiplier = 2
base       = 0.00000001 --edited . Original was 0.00000100
preroll    = 5
prebet     = 0.00000001
counter    = 0 --rogers variable to track results

 if win then
  if currentstreak== -preroll then
  if currentstreak < -preroll then
--rogers stop condition
counter = counter + 1
if counter >= 10000 then
    print (counter)
--end rogers stop condition

---------------------------------------------------------------------The last few lines of the output is this:
Betting 0.00000001 at 49.5% chance to win, high
Betting Stopped!
lose side
Betting Stopped!
lose side
Betting Stopped!
Betting 0.00000032 at 49.5% chance to win, high
Betting Stopped!
lose side
Betting 100 at 49.5% chance to win, high
investing 0.001
Betting 300 at 49.5% chance to win, high
Betting Stopped!

Bugs and Suggestions / Re: Bit-Exo balance missing
« on: July 25, 2019, 12:43:44 am »
I was able to get it finally. I went back to the site and found a new and different API key had been generated. Using that new key I was able to get it to work. But the answer to your question is , no I was not able to place bets.

Bugs and Suggestions / Bit-Exo balance missing
« on: July 23, 2019, 08:30:02 pm »
I can log into Bit-Exo successfully in DiceBot using my username, API key and, 2FA. However, when I get logged in my balances are missing in all coin denominations. When I log in to the Bit-Exo Web site directly, they are all in place. Any ideas?
